  • Generate excitement and interest around the Capital Vacations vacation experience
  • Invite qualified owners to attend an Owner Update
  • Invite qualified non-owners to attend a Capital Vacations presentation

  • Build rapport quickly and create a memorable guest experience
  • Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site needs
  • Provide guests and owners with a smooth, friendly, and efficient check-in experience
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls when needed
  • Maintain knowledge of local Cape Cod shows, attractions, restaurants, activities, beaches, and destinations
  • Accurately complete required paperwork, reports, and documentation
  • Responsibly handle cash when applicable
  • Consistently meet or exceed established performance standards
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable laws
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling guest information
