Life Enrichment Assistant

Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to enrich the lives of residents at Bridges by EPOCH Memory Care Assisted Living Community in Mashpee, MA.

Schedule:

Full‑time, 10:00 am–6:00 pm weekdays, and every other weekend required.

• Implement a wide array of programming for residents and keep them engaged.
• Provide flexible support in other departments within the community as needed and complete required paperwork.

• Creative, enthusiastic, and outgoing with the ability to work independently; dependable, reliable, and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working and interacting with families in a senior‑living environment.
• Experience in senior living is preferred.
• Willingness to transport/escort residents on community trips.
• Ability to drive a large van.
• Active with creative programs such as fitness, painting, travel, poetry club, games, crafting, and woodworking.
• Dedication to keeping residents engaged with daily programs.

Pay rate: $18.50 per hour.
