• Join the team of 1 FT/1 PT/3 PRN OB Hospitalists, 1 OB GYN, and 4 APPs
• 500-600 births/year
• 7 24‑hour shifts/month
• Level II NICU staffed 24 hours a day by pediatric hospitalists & NICU nurses with access to an on‑site blood bank
• Teaching opportunity – FM Residents (in L&D 24/7) & Medical Students
• In‑house specialists available for consultation/collaboration – Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.

• Regional health system covering 14 counties, includes Mercy One North  Iowa Medical Center, seven critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics in northern Iowa
• Network service area – approximately 260,000
• Mason City – 342‑bed regional referral teaching hospital, named a Top 100 Hospital nationally – easy access to all specialists, lab, radiology, pharmacy, and many other services

Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center‑North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license;
Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
