One Vision is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Hourly Services to provide meaningful, hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of others.
Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily living needs, including meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medications
- Encourage independence, choice, and personal growth
- Assist with community outings, appointments, and activities
- Provide safe transportation as needed
- Complete required documentation using electronic systems
- Support household routines, budgeting, and life skills
- Purpose-driven, meaningful work
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Paid training - no prior experience required
- Supportive and inclusive team environment

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
- Completion of all required training
