Join the Mercy One family as a Radiology Technician in our Urgent Care Clinic.

• Recognize and assess urgent/emergency needs of patients and initiate appropriate emergency procedures as needed.
• Follow clinic procedure/protocol for the organization and management of the electronic medical record (i.e., test results, retrieval, filing, creation, repair, charging of electronic medical record).
• Apply specialized radiology skills under the direction of a clinic provider in the care and treatment of patients in a clinic setting.
• Perform a variety of routine and skilled radiology tests, diagnostic tests, or procedures to patients of all ages.

• 40 hours a week.
• Clinic is open 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on weekends.
• Shift length can vary between 8 and 12 hours.

• Must maintain State of Iowa permit to practice Radiology.
• Graduated from a 2‑year radiologic technology program.
• Clinic/physician office experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to the population served within three (3) months of hire.
