.

This schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind: 3 nights on, then the rest of your week is free.

As a DSP, you'll make a direct impact every shift, helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their most independent, fulfilling lives.

As a DSP, you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, coach, and supporter. Each shift, you'll:

• Provide support with daily living needs (meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medications).

• Encourage independence, self-confidence, and personal growth
  .

• Support community involvement and recreational activities
  .

• Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and events.

• Keep clear and accurate documentation using electronic systems.

• Assist with finances, grocery shopping, and household responsibilities.

• Purpose-driven work that truly makes a difference.
• Stable, consistent schedule with three 12-hour shifts.
• Paid training
  -no experience required!

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license & auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support mobility as needed.
• Comfortable using a computer/device for documentation.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Willing to complete required job training and certifications.
