Travel Respiratory Therapist; RRT

Trinity Health First Choice is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Mason City, Iowa at Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center. The role will involve 12‑hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, with opportunities to float across multiple hospital locations and regions.

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple hospital locations and regions.
• Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates standard elements of professional practice per AARC guidelines.
• Acts independently and appropriately within scope of knowledge and experience in practice area.
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders and contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes.
• Exhibits agility and willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities.
• Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Respiratory Therapist
• Graduate of a two‑year advanced practitioner‑Accredited Respiratory Therapist program:
  Registry eligible.
• Current CRT and/or RRT credential.
• Valid State License in Respiratory Care if required in the state you are working.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with patients, physicians and other health personnel and department management during all situations and in line with our mission and values.
• Analytical skills necessary to identify patient’s needs.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
