Job Summary

Trinity Health First Choice is seeking an RN ICU (Intensive Care Unit) travel nurse for a 13‑week assignment in Mason City, Iowa.

• Gross Weekly Rate: $2,772.00

• Float throughout the hospital or multiple regions as required.
• Apply standard nursing practice elements: assessment, outcome identification/solutions, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and licensed practice area.
• Accountable for delegation, decision‑making, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace diverse cultural perspectives while managing competing priorities.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN licensure in the state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience in Med‑Surg, Tele, or PCU.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience for specialties such as Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED, and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS, and PALS via American Heart Association.
