The Sales Manager is responsible to lead our sales team and enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales, leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of sales management.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve high performance and meet goals.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging team collaboration and development.
- Desk deals effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Provide guidance on inventory controls, pricing strategies, and vehicle appraisals.
- Address customer escalations and inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and follow-up through CRM systems and e‑leads.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales consultants to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Develop and implement ongoing improvement opportunities for the sales process and team performance.
- Ensure the lot presentation is visually appealing and reflects the quality of our vehicles.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote vehicle inventory and dealership events.
- Additional duties as requested.

Reporting StructureReports to General Sales Manager
Ideal Skills & Experience- 2-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in supply chain, finance, and insurance is preferred.
- OEM expertise is a plus.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
