Metal Production Worker

Join our client's metal team and help create products their customers depend on every day. In this hands‑on production role, you will operate equipment, support manual and semi‑automated processes, and collaborate with team members to keep quality high and production running smoothly. Our client will provide cross‑training, skill development, member‑owner culture where your contributions matter.

Metal Production Worker

Location:
Mason City, Iowa

Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.00 an hour

• Operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing operations

• Inspect, sort, and package products to meet quality standards

• Perform routine maintenance and follow established work procedures

• Maintain a safe, clean, and team-focused work environment

• Cross-train and assist in other areas as business needs arise

• Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools

• Comfort working while standing or sitting for long periods

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

• Flexibility and commitment to meeting customer and production needs

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with solid English and math skills

  Shift: Monday
  -Friday, 7:15 am to 3:45 pm for training

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2 am
