Fresenius Medical Care - - 1000 4th St SW - Responsibilities:
Operate dialysis machines and initiate treatment according to physician orders.;
Monitor patients during dialysis, document vital signs and treatment data, and respond to intradialytic issues.;
Assess and cannulate vascular access and administer heparin as delegated or allowed by state law.;
Maintain a clean, safe environment and disinfect equipment between treatments; follow infection control policies.;
Assist in training direct patient care staff and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
