Mercy One North Iowa Cancer Center – Advanced Practice Provider (Oncology)

Overview: Join a collegial team of 3 Hematology Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers in a busy outpatient practice with instant volume. The practice offers a 4.5‑day work week, no on‑call duties, and a reasonable patient load to support work‑life balance.

• Perform bone marrow biopsies and aspirate procedures.
• See patients on active treatment.
• Conduct patient follow‑up appointments.
• Participate in weekly tumor boards with on‑site specialists.

• Graduate of a Master of Nursing program or a CAHEA‑approved Physician Assistant training program.
• Successful completion of certification and current licensure in Iowa as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
• Ability to obtain Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center staff privileges.
• Above average communication skills and teamwork ability.

• Base Salary: $114,121 (0‑2 years); $118,876 (2+ years) plus production incentive.
• $10,000 starting bonus.
