Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Nora Springs Care Center by ensuring medication and nursing care are administered as directed by individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, acting as a team leader, and advocating for residents. We rely on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.
