Mercy One is seeking a part-time NICU Nurse in Mason City, Iowa, to deliver patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. The nurse will be responsible for caring for both well and ill newborns requiring neonatal intensive care services, and may float between the Birth Center and Pediatrics.
Ideal candidates should possess a current RN licensure in Iowa and preferably a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.
