Certification Details
- Registered Nurse position specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry care.
- Job title:
RN - med/surg/tele. - Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Every third weekend and every other holiday required.
Job Details
- Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU (included here due to telemetry specialty and critical care relevance).
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
- Fit Test required.
- Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year.
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Confidentiality and Security Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form required.
- Trinity Profile including resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references.
- Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years), Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within a year), NSO, System Access Form, Skills Checklist required.
- COVID-19 vaccine proof or declination/exemption required.
- MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer required.
- Hepatitis B vaccination series required (titers not accepted).
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required with chest xray if positive TB.
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer required.
- Physical/Health Statement from exam within last year required.
- Tdap vaccine required; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction.
- Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training required for Iowa.
- Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries) required within 30 days prior to start.
- OFAC screening must be completed within 30 days of start.
Job Requirements
- Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
