Mercy One Mason City is seeking an experienced NICU nurse to join our Labor and Delivery and NICU teams. This Baylor-position weekend package supports dedicated care for newborns and families in a safe, coordinated environment.
You will deliver patient care with a multidisciplinary team, assist with obstetric and neonatal needs, and float between Birth Center and Pediatrics as required. An Iowa RN license or recent graduate status is required; BSN is preferred, with NICU/obstetric experience
