• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression of the dealership
• Assist customers in making purchase decisions through active listening and needs assessment
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Explain product features, performance, applications, and benefits
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first approach
• Handle objections and pricing discussions with confidence and integrity
• Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding sales activities and goals
• Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your sales skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, competitive, and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Basic computer and math proficiency
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening

• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or automotive experience
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization

This is an onsite position. Evening and weekend hours may be required to meet customer and business needs.
