YSS is seeking a Self-Sufficiency Advocate (SSA) and Youth Transition Decision‑Making (YTDM) Facilitator to support youth in foster care or court placements, ages 17–23. This hybrid role blends office work with travel across Northwest Iowa to deliver case management and youth planning.
As SSA, you’ll help youth build independence and self-sufficiency while coordinating YTDM meetings to center youth voices in planning their futures.
