Job Description

The Operations Support Team Lead is responsible for managing the integration of insurance products and services into the company’s existing systems. The OSS role reports to the Operations Support Manager and includes a diverse range of activities. It provides a unique opportunity to learn the ePremium business from the ground up, gain a foundational understanding of the individual functions and the ability to progress into a more senior role within business based on abilities and career preferences.

The role forms part of a small team which supports several key business functions including Account Management, Customer Services, Finance and Marketing. The successful candidate will have the ability to expand the role and exercise a degree of autonomy as experience in the role increases.

What You'll Do
  • Will typically have primary and secondary responsibilities from the list below.
  • Acting at the direction of and under the Operations Support Specialist Manager to support the OSG Team and other required tasks on the team.
  • Manage the integration of insurance products and services into the company’s existing systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of insurance products and services.
  • Monitoring team email box and responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Acting as the point of contact for a variety of operational support activities and escalations.
  • Performing data entry tasks associated with the role.
  • Training team members and creating functional guides on various processes.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in data support, with demonstrated ability to guide and mentor team members
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to convey information clearly across teams
  • Proven success working in a collaborative team environment and supporting a positive team culture.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate scheduled activities while balancing competing deadlines and team needs.
  • Desire to progress and learn new skills
  • A result orientated mindset with the ability to solve problems, adapt and making decisions real time
  • Commitment to supporting both internal team members and external customers with a service-focused approach.
  • Ability to learn, coach and train others on proprietary software and internal systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • U.S. work authorization
  • Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50lbs.
