Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Engage (Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM)

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior On-Site Service Specialist to join our team in Mason, OH. This role primarily focuses on high-volume document preparation, sorting, and scanning vision claim forms in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Open, sort, and accurately categorize document
scan high-volume claim forms and documents into imaging software.
Handle basic administrative tasks, including operating copiers, printers, and mail management systems.
Lift and transport mail trays, tubs, and paper supplies (up to 25 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of experience in a related clerical, administrative, or document-scanning role.
Solid PC skills, basic organizational skills, and strong reliability.
