Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are looking for a Production Assistant for our growing Manufacturing Team!
The Production Assistant provides administrative support to the Manufacturing, Safety, and Quality teams to help ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include generating production reports and dashboards, supporting production administration activities, assisting with safety and quality projects, processing certificates, monitoring layered audits, and coordinating guest and visitor check-ins.
What you'll do- Generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Vice President, Manufacturing.
- MOTD and efficiency
- Daily SOTD
- Weekly capacity
- Weekly return to stock
- Weekly late order root causes
- Weekly dashboard
- Ensure guests and visitors are properly logged and connected to their host.
- Help Production Administrator with:
- Releases
- Shelf-life items
- NCPs
- Missing manuals
- Assist Safety Manager with administrative duties and projects.
- Assist the Quality department with the daily processing of certificates.
- Monitor layered audits and send out reminders when audits don't get completed.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- AND three to six months related experience and/or training
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
