UM Support Analyst

• Perform administrative and data entry tasks to support prior authorization requests.
• Utilize systems such as Facets, Filebound, and Jira for efficient workflow management.
• Conduct outbound notification calls to providers and members.

• Proven experience in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Prior experience with Health First & Anthem prior authorization is a plus.

Compliance Note: Candidates working in the Eye Med department must comply with OIG/GSA/OFAC screenings, with monthly updates required. Mandatory training in compliance and security is also required within the first three weeks of hire.
