Executive Administrative Assistant
Cintas is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support a Vice President and senior leadership. This role serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership and responsibilities include: coordinating schedules and Outlook calendars, managing communications, organizing meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, supporting budget and expense processes, approving and submitting invoices to Accounts Payable, coordinating travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, supporting incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, typing, filing and distributing mail, taking meeting minutes, screening phone calls, and assisting with departmental initiatives.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years' administrative experience supporting a senior level executive(s)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint and intranet/internet
