Administrative Assistant - 260 days (front office):
Kindergarten Registration- Process new students/withdrawals
- Maintain CUM folders/records
- Maintain Emergency Binders
- Prepare registration information/ organize pre-registration
- Plan and support the February Pre-Registration Information meeting
- Schedule Early Entrance Testing
- Organize new registration information
- Log attendance calls/emails
- Verify classroom attendance complete
- Reconcile absences with Safe Arrival/contact unverified absences
- Data entry: tardies, dismissal, doctors notes
- Mail attendance/truancy letters
- Vacation requests for students/email the form to parents, get admin
- Approval and communicate expectation to parents
