Our client partners with major aerospace OEMs, MROs, and operators worldwide, delivering innovative tooling solutions and support services that keep aircraft and engines operating safely and efficiently. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a strategic aerospace tooling program while working directly with industry leaders such as GE Aerospace and other leading engine manufacturers.
As Program Manager, you will own program execution, customer success, and growth initiatives while serving as a key liaison between customers, OEM partners, and internal teams.
How You’ll Contribute- Drive program growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic program plans, timelines, and performance objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement and increase revenue.
- Monitor program performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and key operational metrics.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives involving Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Support teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Partner closely with aerospace OEMs to strengthen strategic relationships and support long‑term growth.
- Identify risks, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present program updates, business insights, and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, or a related role.
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including forecasting, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience managing projects and collaborating across multiple functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with Aerospace OEMs or engine manufacturers.
- Experience reviewing contracts and commercial agreements.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and customer experience strategies.
- Experience with VBA, business analytics, data mining, or reporting automation.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business experience.
