Cintas is seeking a Contract Compliance Manager I to review contracts submitted to the Contract Compliance team, ensuring they comply with internal policies. The role identifies and escalates non-standard terms, partners with Sales to guide contract development and negotiation, facilitates contract execution, and maintains accurate documentation.

• Review, draft, redline, and support negotiation of contracts aligned with standard terms and internal policies.
• Identify, evaluate, and escalate non-standard terms and risk elements requiring additional review.
• Partner with assigned Sales teams to provide guidance throughout contract development and negotiation.
• Offer guidance on standard terms and approved alternative provisions for compliant and efficient deal structuring.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other internal compliance teams to support contract review processes.
• Ensure all required approvals are obtained in accordance with internal policies and procedures, communicating with executive-level partners as needed.
• Manage multiple contracts and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail.
• Facilitate contract execution and maintain organized, accurate records of approvals and executed agreements.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• 1-3 years of related experience with sales, project management, or account management in corporate or national accounts, healthcare, hospitality, or gaming environments
• Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
• Experience in Rental, First Aid, and/or Fire Protection
