Business Consultant Senior – Hybrid position requiring 1–2 days on site weekly with flexibility for virtual work. Alternate locations considered if within commuting distance. Candidates outside a reasonable commute are ineligible unless accommodations are granted.
Responsibilities- Provide expertise to lower‑level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal solutions.
- Determine business application software requirements for highly complex and varied needs.
- Lead teams of analysts on projects of highest importance and impact.
- Analyze and design solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.
- Travel to work sites and other locations as necessary (up to 20% of time).
- BA/BS degree and minimum 10 years of business analysis experience, including analysis, project management, and working knowledge of mainframe computers, hardware, and operating systems.
- Minimum 3 years as a Business Consultant with project management skills, or equivalent education and experience.
- Pharmacy benefit‑management operations experience in claims, accumulators, and historical data files.
- Product owner experience with Agile methodologies.
- Data analysis and data extraction capabilities using SQL.

Salary range: $96,480.00 – $ (based on location, experience, education, and skill level)
