Benchmark Gensuite® seeks a Lead Customer Success Specialist to drive satisfaction and growth across a portfolio of existing customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will coordinate activities, collaborate with delivery teams, and expand engagement through renewals and pilots.
You will travel as needed, work on-site in Cincinnati and at Benchmark offices, and contribute to strategic planning with quarterly HQ meetings. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in customer success are required.
