Our staffing firm is seeking a Business Support Analyst / Specialist for a part-time contract opportunity with a leading client in Mason, Ohio. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting business processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Onsite | Mason, OH

Type:
Part-Time W2 Contract | 22 Hours per Week

Pay Range: $30 - $35 /hour

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and document business and client requirements.
• Support process improvement efforts and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to support system, product, and service initiatives.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and rollout of new systems and processes.
• Collect end-user feedback and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal staff.
• Maintain accurate records and business documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-directed with strong time management and productivity skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Mason, OH.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Veeva records.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Enovia, and Proficy.
