Carrier Performance Management

  • Design, maintain, and enhance carrier scorecards and transportation KPI reporting.
  • Monitor on-time delivery, tender acceptance, cost performance, claims, damage rates, and service recovery metrics.
  • Support carrier business reviews by providing actionable performance analytics.

Pricing & Transportation Modeling

  • Conduct transportation analysis supporting client pricing initiatives, RFPs, and network optimization activities.
  • Build transportation cost models, lane analyses, and scenario comparisons to support commercial decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support pricing strategies and cost-to-serve evaluations.

Business Intelligence & Reporting Automation

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, data models, and automated reporting solutions using Power BI and related analytics tools.
  • Replace manual reporting processes with scalable, automated solutions that improve visibility and decision making.
  • Identify opportunities to centralize transportation reporting and improve data governance.

Cross-Functional Business Partnership

  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Client Services, Quality, and transportation providers to address business challenges.
  • Support client reviews by translating complex transportation data into clear business recommendations.
  • Assist with transportation-related escalations through root-cause analysis and corrective action validation.
