Brief Description
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1 st shift for Customer Service Specialist in the (Mason,OH) area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation / Shift/ Benefits of Customer Service Specialist
- $20 per hour
- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- Benefits include:

- Takes incoming and makes outgoing calls to provide customers with product selection support.
- Provide assistance to walk-in customers.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
- Verifies orders are designated properly and all information is correct prior to submission to order entry
- Must have High School Diploma and GED
- 1to 3 years of Call Center or Customer Service Experience
- Strong Excel and Outlook Skills
- Strong Math Skills
