Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mason, OH, for a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving issues, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, or other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency. The specialist will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices, ensuring a professional and helpful approach to all inquiries
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a focus on creating positive interactions
• Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain high levels of efficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mason, OH, Monday through Friday
