This is a full‑time position in our student loan servicing department. We are looking for candidates with great customer service skills who would like to work in an office environment.

This is an onsite position at our Mason office.

Monday, July 27th from 4pm‑7pm.

Address: 5300 Kings Island Drive, Mason, OH 45040.

$16–$22 per hour based on experience.

2 weeks training / 4 weeks nesting, Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm.

After training and nesting – 8am‑5pm, four days a week and 10am‑7pm one day a week.

• Call consumers to secure payments on past‑due student loan accounts.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high‑speed Internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

The work environment is primarily indoors and typically moderate noise level.
