Joining our Team Member Housing Team as a Housing AssistantMeans creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive living environment for our seasonal Team Members. You’ll help manage daily housing operations, assist residents with their needs, and foster a positive community experience.

- Assist with daily operations of Team Member housing facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.
- Enforce housing policies and assist with conflict resolution when necessary.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for timely issue resolution.
- Plan and support community-building activities and events to enhance resident engagement.

- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and Team Members.
- Individuals with the ability to remain working on their own for extended periods.
- Previous experience in housing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
