Winton Woods North Campus High School is seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with high schoolers and teaching the sport of Track for the

Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Ohio School Law and Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) bylaws

* Track experience at the high school level

* Preferred track experience at the NCAA level or higher

* Preferred experience coaching at the middle school, high school or collegiate level

* Positive coaching platform

* Must be able to pass a BCI & FBI background check

* Must have or obtain a valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Developing Boys Track Program for Winton Woods High School and feeder programs at Winton Woods Middle School

* Monitoring student athletes' success and progress

* Collaborating with assistant coaches to organize and execute practice plans

* Developing game strategy

* Film breakdown

* Directing the implementation of proper methods and skills

* Attending coaching meetings outside the schedule

* Interfacing with colleges and universities to secure opportunities for student athletes

* Attendance of practices and games

* This position may require evening and weekend work and a high level of recruiting within the Winton Woods City School District.

Commensurate with experience.
