Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the School Principal, the K-6 Teacher will facilitate student success by:
* Implementing a standards-aligned curriculum
* Fostering academic and interpersonal growth
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom
* Supporting individual learning needs
* Maintaining consistent communication with students, parents, and staff

* Conduct individual and group instruction, adapting as needed
* Use data to assess progress and adjust instruction
* Maintain accurate records for attendance, achievement, and behavior
* Encourage parent involvement and build strong family communication
* Support school-wide expectations for behavior and citizenship
* Collaborate with grade-level teams and attend school functions
* Supervise students during class and school-related activities
* Administer district and state assessments
Qualifications & Skills:
* Valid Ohio Teaching License in Elementary Education (K-6)
* Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field (Master's preferred)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Knowledge of differentiated instruction and data-driven decision-making
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
* Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
