💵 Pay: $10–$16/hour (based on education & experience)
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team and inspire children through a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Ohio Early Learning Standards
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom where children feel respected and encouraged
Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based activities
Maintain classroom routines and promote positive behavior
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, sharing updates with families
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing professional development

RequirementsMust be 18+ (per Ohio requirements)
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting is preferred OR a degree in Early Childhood Education/related field preferred
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR-preferred (if candidate does not hold a valid or active certificate, they can get it after hire)
