Girls 7th Grade Basketball Coach

Winton Woods City Schools is seeking an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with Middle Schoolers and teaching the sport of Basketball for the  season.

Qualifications:

* Playing experience at the high school & college level

* Preferred experience coaching at the middle school, high school or collegiate level

* Positive coaching platform

* Ohio First Aide & CPR Certificate

* A valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit or able to obtain

* Must be able to pass a BCI & FBI background check

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Monitoring student athletes' success and progress

* Collaborating with assistant coaches to organize and execute practice plans

* Developing game strategy

* Film breakdown

* Directing the implementation of proper methods and skills

* Attending coaching meetings outside the schedule

* Interfacing with colleges and universities to secure opportunities for student athletes

* Attendance of practices and games

* Fundraising and outreach programs

* This position requires evening and weekend work and a high level of recruiting within the Winton Woods City School District.

* Time commitment is a minimum of 10 hours per week.
