The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist for our Middle School. Your work is central to our mission: providing consistent and equitable learning experiences that bridge the gap between a student's current ability and the rigors of the middle school curriculum.

Design and deliver specialized instruction that aligns with grade level expectations while providing the specific resources and supports students need to reach their full potential.

Focus on real world learning experiences that equip students with the skills needed for life, future careers, and civic engagement beyond middle school.

* Culture of Care and Belonging:
Foster a classroom environment where students feel known, supported, and safe to take risks. You will play a vital role in our district wide MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) to provide academic and social emotional care.

Collaboration:

Work closely with families, general education teachers, and community partners. We believe in working together across roles to ensure every student has a clear pathway to success.

Requirements

* Licensure:
Candidates must possess all applicable Ohio Department of Education teaching credentials and licenses for Intervention Specialists.

* Background Check:
Successful completion of a BCI and FBI background check is required.

* Commitment: A desire to uphold the CNE Strategic Plan and a long term commitment to the success of our "Rocket" community.
