Your Opportunity

As a Licensed Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), helping unlock their full potential. This is a hands-on position where your expertise and dedication directly improve students' academic success and social-emotional growth.

What You'll Do:

* Partner with general education teachers to tailor instruction, modify curriculum, and ensure students with disabilities succeed alongside peers.

* Conduct diagnostic and functional behavior assessments, then develop and implement effective behavior improvement plans.

* Lead IEP meetings and write clear, measurable goals aligned with student needs and state requirements.

* Use research-based, culturally responsive teaching strategies every day.

* Serve as a trusted advisor for a group of students, supporting their academic and social-emotional development.

* Communicate regularly with families to celebrate progress and tackle challenges together.

* Participate in school activities that build community field trips, events, and more.
