Goshen High School is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Building Aide specializing in College and Career Readiness (CCR) to support students in grades 912, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. This versatile role balances essential building aide responsibilities with college and career support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with faculty to facilitate student learning through internships, coordinate work-ready activities like resume building, and assist with College Credit Plus (CCP), Industry Credentials, student data tracking, and mentorship programs.
A High School Diploma/equivalent and an Ohio Educational Aide license are required (Bachelor's degree preferred), along with strong communication, organization, and computer skills to foster a safe, education-focused environment.
Pay is $21.03 per hour (or higher) based on experience.
