What You'll Do:

* Deliver engaging Math and Science lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding

* Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles

* Track and celebrate student progress regularly

* Create a classroom culture that's welcoming, respectful, and focused on growth

* Use proven, research-based teaching strategies and school-approved curricula

* Collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly with families about student success

* Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences

* Participate in school-wide activities that enrich student life and learning

Who You Are:

* Licensed to teach in Ohio with a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

* Comfortable in a supportive coaching environment with frequent feedback and growth opportunities

* Skilled communicator, both written and verbal

* Able to maintain confidentiality and manage diverse student settings confidently

* Experienced working in urban school environments and dedicated to equity in education

* Ready to pass background checks and uphold our commitment to a safe, inclusive community
