At our two campuses in Franklin and Mason, Ohio, we support students with unique social-emotional and behavioral needs—students who may be navigating educational gaps, mental health challenges, or skill deficits. What You'll Do (and Why It's So Meaningful)

• Be a steady source of support Help students manage emotions, develop self-regulation skills, and gain the tools they need to move toward graduation and the workforce.
• Empower positive change Use proven de-escalation strategies and behavioral leadership to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Work with an amazing team Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, mental health professionals, and other experts who are all focused on student success.
• Make a real impact Support classroom instruction, mentor students in life skills and leadership, model positive behaviors, and watch your influence change lives—literally.
