1st shift, 9/80 (off every other Friday).

• Primary manufacturing technical support for space manufacturing programs, including support of all assembly and build processes.
• Generate and maintain equipment operating instructions.
• Support the technical needs of the production staff on mechanical, electro-mechanical, and semiconductor equipment.
• Assist in designing and developing manufacturing tools and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and design teams.
• Assist department engineers with troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Demonstrate independence and accountability to meet company and project deadlines, including capital procurement.
• Support troubleshooting of electro-optical equipment and maintain preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Support projects including capital procurement and installation.

• Requires a 2-year post-secondary/Associate degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or 4-year post-secondary/Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• 4+ years experience supporting engineers for production readiness reviews.
• 4+ years experience in procurement support and installation of capital equipment.
• 4+ years experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude and a commitment to continued learning.
• 4+ years experience with time management and interpersonal communication skills.
• 4+ years experience prioritizing, multi-tasking, working independently, and adapting to changing plans.
• 4+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suites.
• 4+ years experience in data analysis.
• Experience with a Maintenance Management System (e.g., J.D. Edwards/eMaint).
• Must be a United States Citizen.

• Associate or B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Electro-Mechanical technology is preferred.
• Strong assembly skills are a plus.
• 4+ years experience interfacing across teams and conducting trials.
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems and semiconductor equipment is a plus.
