Key Responsibilities Re-design and modernize obsolete power and electromechanical systems to meet current safety and performance standards Perform functional analysis, troubleshooting, and testing of power delivery and protection equipment Develop and document test procedures, functional specifications, and engineering reports, often without original documentation Support or lead failure analysis of electrical and electromechanical components Collaborate with drafting and design teams on schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts Design and execute test setups for power, protection, and control validation Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to ensure technical accuracy and delivery quality Grow into project leadership roles aligned with your technical strengths and interests Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, or related field (required) Understanding of:
