You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs. This position is located in Mason, OH.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with multiple engineering teams.
* Good organizational and leadership skills.
* Ability to work with suppliers on delivery and cost of electrical components.
* Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Perform specification review.
* Test plan development and execution.
* Create product documentation and training material.
* Knowledge of electrical codes. (NEC, NFPA
79, UL508A)
* Plan, manage and execute project deliverables with little oversight.
* Ability to identify and communicate status and risks as appropriate to management.
* Prepare and/or update reports and documentation.
* Troubleshoot technical problems on new and existing products.
* Identify areas for technical improvement.
* Willingness to travel as required. (10%)
* Ability and willingness to mentor others.
* Ability to refine or develop standards and procedures.
* Understand customer operations and problems.
YOU MUST HAVE
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Experience with 480vac power distribution.
* Experience with 24vdc systems.
* Experience with motor control including VFD's and Servo's.
* 5-8 years of experience in electrical panel & machine design.

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Intelligrated (IGS) business to American Industrial Partners ("AIP").
