Professional Land Surveyor (PS) – Survey Project Manager

• Manage surveying projects from proposal through final delivery

• Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, construction, and right-of-way surveys

• Prepare and review survey plats, legal descriptions, ROW plans, and survey documentation

• Perform and verify survey calculations, reports, and technical deliverables

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and client communications

• Supervise, mentor, and develop surveying technicians and support staff

• Ensure survey work complies with applicable standards, regulations, and professional requirements

• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and project scopes as needed

• Present technical information and survey findings to clients, stakeholders, and project teams

• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts

• Active Ohio Professional Surveyor (PS) License required

• Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a licensed Professional Surveyor

• Valid Driver's License

• Experience managing surveying projects from proposal through completion

• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, construction, and right-of-way surveying

• Experience preparing ROW plans and survey documentation

• Proficiency with Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

• Strong project management, organizational, and client relationship skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills

• Consulting engineering or land surveying firm experience

• Client-facing project management experience

• Cost estimating and proposal preparation experience

• Experience presenting technical information to clients and stakeholders

• Strong proofreading and documentation review skills
