Minimum Qualifications:- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering license in the state where work is being performed
- 10+ years of experience
- Transportation engineering design skills with knowledge of traffic data collection equipment and software
- Ability to lead others
- Manages all phases of transportation projects including delivery, planning, scheduling, estimating, budget, and client management.
- Oversees the design review process, including peer review of construction document plans, traffic studies, signalization design and roadway improvements.
- Coaches, mentors, and provides guidance to Transportation Engineering team
- Regulatory coordination, permitting and attending public agency review evening meetings
- Helps identify business development opportunities and establish client relationships
