Technical Engineering Leader

Job Description

Our client is seeking an individual to lead and execute technical work associated with liquids platforms, including platform strategy, technology development, equipment scale-up, learning plan execution, and cross-site implementation support. The role will require partnership with R&D, MPD, site engineering, regional engineering, operational platform teams, and business stakeholders to develop solutions that are fit for use across global manufacturing needs.

Proven experience leading complex technical engineering projects from scope definition and project establishment through funding approval, execution, startup, and global rollout.

Strong making engineering mastery with hands-on experience in process development, scale-up, equipment design, and manufacturing technology implementation.

Working knowledge of SIMPL, Initiative Management Pillar, Global Start Up Methodology, and Methodology of Process Development, or equivalent technical work processes.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, frame technical choices, and translate complex engineering issues into clear business recommendations.

Experience collaborating across geographies, functions, and manufacturing sites, including R&D, MPD, site engineering, and regional engineering teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to support senior leadership engagement and drive alignment on global technical recommendations.
