Arcade Technician & Guest Experience - Part-Time

We are currently seeking Technical Assistant for the arcade within Insert Location Here

• Providing excellent guest service
• Troubleshooting and repairing arcade games and attractions
• Completing maintenance tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance as directed by the Technical Manager
• Assisting in performing routine inspections on equipment
• Assisting in the assembly of new pieces of equipment
• Acting with a sense of urgency to keep all games and attractions operational
• Assisting in other departments when called upon to do so

• A background in arcade game and attraction maintenance or experience working with similar equipment in related industries such as casinos or bowling alleys is a plus but not required. This is an entry-level position, the training you need to be successful in this role will be provided.
• Some experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues
• Some experience assembling and disassembling mechanical components
• Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
• General knowledge of and familiarity with common tools and hardware
• Basic computer skills
• A willingness to learn new things. The ideal candidate would be highly coachable.
